About the Author(s)
Eduardo Salas is Professor of Psychology at the University of Central Florida where he is also holds an appointment as Program Director for Human Systems Integration Research Dept at the Institute of Simulation and Training. He has just been appointed Series editor for the SIOP Organizational Frontiers series.
Dr Salas was at the Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division for 15 years.
Jay Goodwin is a research psychologist at the US Army research Institute for Behavioral and social science. He received his PhD in IO psychology from Penn State.
C. Shawn Burke is a research scientist at the University of Central Florida, Institute for Simulation and Training. Her expertise includes teams and their leadership, team adaptability, team training, measurement, evaluation and team effectiveness.
